Meridian does not participate in competitive bidding. We believe that competitive bidding is a race to the bottom, seeing who can cut the most corners to obtain a project with the lowest number. Meridian’s price would absolutely come in on the higher side than other local contractors, and it would be very hard to see if the bids were actually comparing apples to apples. Meridian always provides a fixed number estimate that produces a quality project, lasting you the length of your home and of course makes us money to support our family.
